DELIVERY(TH)

  1. Product shall be delivered to customer within 1-3 working days.
  2. There will be no charge of delivery fee if the spending exceeds THB 3,000. Condition of this clause may be adjustable subject to consideration of the Company.

  4. UnCENSORED provides domestic delivery within the territory of Thailand only.

  8. UnCENSORED uses service of KERRY EXPRESS to delivery of any products. Thus any terms and conditions of delivery may subject to condition of delivery service provider.

Remark Company reserves the right to change and amend any terms and conditions relate to delivery of product without prior notification. However, terms and conditions of delivery shall be in accordance with delivery service provider specifies.

WARRANTY

UnCENSORED arranges the delivery service which the warranty of delivery is included. Nevertheless, as UnCENSORED uses delivery service from delivery service provider thus terms and conditions of product warranty relate to delivery shall be in accordance with terms and conditions set forth by the delivery service provider. PACKAGING

Your product shall be packed in the package of UnCENSORED or by original brand. Sales product shall be packed in the sales package of UnCENSORED.

CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

UnCERNSORED intends to delivers customer’s order with the fastest way possible. In the case where customer needs to cancel entire or part of order, change the delivery address or other, please contact us to inform your request as soon as possible. We may perform as your request if the product has not been sent out. CHANGE AND/OR RETURN OF PRODUCT

  1. Change or return of product can be done only within 7 days after product is received. Customer shall have to return the product within the stated period and subject to terms and conditions hereinafter. Please inform your intention in order to request for Change/Return of Product Form by Tel. 026943891 or email to customerservice@uncensoredspace.com during working days (Monday to Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm except public holiday and annual holiday). Please fill such form and send to Fax. 026943892 or email to customerservice@uncensoredspace.com during the working days as stated above.
  2. Products in the category of jewelry, small accessories, socks, underwear, pen, beauty and other lifestyle product cannot be changed or returned.
  3. Whatsoever product which has been used cannot be changed or returned.
  4. Product which to be returned must be returned in the original package which UnCENSORED had delivered to customer. The product must be in good condition that is ready to sell. Brand and price tags must not be removed. Please check if all packaging such as shoes box, product confirmation document and dust bag are still be in perfect condition, if there is anything missing please immediately inform us at the time of receiving of product otherwise shall be deemed that you have fully received. We recommend you to check if there is any defect and/or damage before remove brand and price tag as well as any packaging. However, UnCENSORED reserves the right to consider the product’s condition.

  6. Please be informed that any expense from returning product is your sole responsibility.
  7. Product which is delivered to customer with free of charge, total return amount to be returned or amount of credit note shall be deducted by delivery cost.
  8. UnCENSORED shall not be responsible for loss of product during the return of product as it is responsibility of customer, or the case where UnCENSORED returns product to customer, responsibility of delivery shall solely belong to delivery service provider.
  9. Change of product can be done only with the same model product by changing of color and size. In the case there is no product available for exchange, customer will be entitled to options as follows; receive credit note to be used for next shopping or receive full amount of cash deducted by delivery cost (if any).   10. Process of return product to UnCENSORED shall not take more than 7 days, once we receive product back from customer we will inform for your acknowledgement. Processes of consideration, change and return may takes 7-10 working days after receive product back from customer until start delivery to customer. UnCERNSORED reserves the right to consider change of product only one time, terms and conditions shall be sole discretion of UnCENSORED. 11. Whatsoever sales product cannot be changed, returned, refunded and/or exchanged with credit note.

  13. We will change and accept return of product only in the case where sender and purchaser is the same person as well as the receiver is UnCENSORED. By the condition that the product must be in good condition. Nevertheless, if the expense of delivery of product return has not been paid, UnCENSORED shall have the right to deduct all expenses from the amount to be returned to customer or in credit note.

DEFECT AND/OR DAMAGE OF PRODUCT

  1. UnCENSORED has a product’s quality control to prevent any defect and damage before sending out to customer.
  2. We are pleased to proceed repairing or changing of the product which the defect or damage has been found. In the case where such mistake appeared before the product is sent out, such product will be checked with the customer’s receipt.   3. If there is defect or damage on fragile product caused by normal usage, shall not be deemed as defect or damage which is able to change/refund.

  4. In the case that the product is out of stock and we are not able to change such product for customer, we are pleased to offer 2 options i.e. issue credit note or cash refund deducts delivery expense.

CASH REFUND

Any aforementioned refund, the Company shall transfer money into customer’s bank account. Any refund to credit card shall be in accordance with terms and conditions set forth by the bank.
